The willingness, no matter how great, to become climate neutral for higher education institutions can not be considered a success without carefully tracking results and reporting them. There must be a definition of success according to each specific college or university. Without detailed reporting, it will be impossible to measure success or determine the return on investment. Commitment, planning and action are not quantifiable without the reporting piece.
