Campuses can always develop a great plan. But without acting on that plan nothing will be accomplished or implemented. The ability to follow through on a commitment and a plan, is the only way campuses can achieve climate neutrality as they define the desire results. Action also begins to ignite enthusiasm and unite various stakeholders as the commitment and plan becomes a reality.
