Mr. Dixon serves as ConEdison Solutions’ Vice President of Energy Services. He previously served as Vice President and General Counsel responsible for all legal services for ConEdison Solutions. Mr. Dixon had over ten years experience with the Consolidated Edison Company of New York (CECONY) in its law department’s Nuclear Regulatory and Commercial Litigation sections. He also served as legal counsel for ConEdison Solutions from January 1998 until August 2002. He joined ConEdison Solutions in his present capacity in January 2004.

Mr. Dixon received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and his J.D. from New York Law School. He is admitted to practice in New York and Washington D.C., and is also a member of the New York State Bar Association serving on its Public Utility Committee.
