As The Answer Man Rodney is responsible for media and public relations and is a all-purpose information resource for the Equal Exchange staff, the public, and researchers.

Rodney is also one of Equal Exchange’s 92 worker-owners, and has held a variety of elected positions within the co-operative. Currently he is the most senior member of the employee-led Board of Directors.

Equal Exchange, founded in 1986, is a full-service provider of coffee, tea, chocolate, and bananas and is best known for their pioneering role in introducing Fair Trade foods to the United States.
