Plan
verb 1. decide on and arrange in advance; 2. make preparations for.
Once an institution of higher learning makes a commitment it must have a plan in place to use as a step-by-step guideline to properly focus on actions for achieving those goals. Creating a comprehensive plan will ensure that all aspects of the project are focused achieving success. Colleges and universities can not begin to act on sustainability goals with a solid, detailed plan. Nor can they measure their success.
